A restaurant is only ever as good as its produce and we believe this is what makes us one of the best.
Where possible we use only fresh local ingredients and let seasonality be the guide to our frequently changing menu.
Our beef is carefully sourced from top UK farms to ensure the best animal welfare and farming standards. All of our beef is then dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days on the bone, to intensify flavour.
