A restaurant is only ever as good as its produce and we believe this is what makes us one of the best. Where possible we use only fresh local ingredients and let seasonality, be the guide to our frequently changing menu.
The A La Carte menu offers an array of high-quality dry aged steak, local seafood and vegetarian options, as well as weekly specials. We are especially proud of our Pipers Farm organic steaks and our local Guernsey seafood.
Our sushi is freshly prepared to order, using only the finest Japanese rice and ingredients alongside local seafood and top quality imported tuna and salmon. Our sushi bar is now situated within the restaurant, with the chefs skills in full view and counter seating for an authentic ‘Omakase’ experience.
We have an enviable wine list available, which boasts some of the finest wines available on the island.
Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday, and for dinner on Monday.
